About us
The journey of our organization began in 2017 when Rita Juškytė participated in the international Reach for Change competition, "Talent to Change." She presented the innovative idea of "Dance Lessons for Children with Individual Educational Needs." This idea received significant support and won the Reach for Change incubator, leading to the creation of the social enterprise Uniq Dance. Since then, we established one of the first dance studios for people with disabilities in Vilnius. Today, the Uniq Dance team organizes dance performances and camps for children with disabilities and actively collaborates with Scandinavian countries.
From 2021 to December 2023, we were involved in the "Alternative Investment Detector" project, funded by the European Social Fund Agency. This support allowed us to develop another project which we called "Unique Life". "Unique Life" aims to empower people with disabilities to independently seek employment. Currently, we are working on training programs for vocational school teachers in partnership with organizations from Latin America and Europe. This initiative is part of another project funded by the European Union, and is called Inclusivet.
Additionally, we offer lectures and training sessions for various organizations and companies, engaging actively in educational activities.

We can share our curriculum, training materials, and methodologies to help others develop similar programs.
Mentorship Model
Our unique mentorship program, which pairs participants with mentors who foster equality and mutual respect, can be replicated by other organizations. We can offer training on how to recruit, train, and support mentors, as well as how to match them effectively with participants.
Mental Health and Well-Being Initiatives
We can share our experience in integrating mental health and well-being activities, such as dance lessons and mindfulness workshops, into support programs. Our insights on how these activities enhance self-confidence and overall well-being can help other organizations implement similar initiatives.
